Before
NGRHook ran its software product on a critically outdated 2007 forum engine, a system that was never designed for e-commerce. Users registered through the forum, payments were handled manually over PayPal, and license management meant editing database records by hand. A reseller program was out of the question: every new reseller meant hours of manual work. The system was effectively held together by inertia.

What we did
We rebuilt the whole product as a modern SaaS platform and migrated the entire database of users, licenses and payment history off the 17-year-old system. Not a single customer lost access and not a single record was lost. The new platform covers the whole customer lifecycle, from registration through payment to subscription management and a white-label reseller program.
